Throughout 2023, we collaborated with our clients across Asia Pacific to continually strengthen engagement with their customers.
Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions
In Australia, Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions kicked off the year with a roar, celebrating the official opening of their new training and innovation centre in Brisbane, the first of its kind for the company in the Asia Pacific region. The investment in this centre, with materials science capabilities to explore creative uses and applications for Avery Dennison’s portfolio of cutting-edge vinyl film and wrapping solutions, will inspire and nurture the next generation of graphics solutions professionals to bring their creativity to life.
Also early in the year, Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions made a powerful statement in matte with Red Bull Ampol Racing at the highly demanding and intensely competitive 2023 Supercars Championship. The Red Bull Ampol Racing team relies on Avery Dennison high-performance wraps to protect its new livery and cars from the searing heat and dangerous road debris.
Construction Professionals Pte Ltd
In Singapore, one of the country’s foremost construction site supervision services companies, Construction Professionals Pte Ltd, celebrated its 20th successful year with several collaborations with Vermilion Pinstripes. These tactics, involving a new corporate brochure, flyers for their comprehensive suite of training services, and a special anniversary blog feature, were part of the strengthened engagement with their customers.
Its sister company, PM Link, is one of Singapore’s best-known independent project management firms and is undergoing business transformation, involving its team members on its “Reimagine 2.0” journey. The teams unite to drive improvements in quality, technology and sustainability within the organisation. We are proud to enable PM Link to sustain its ongoing communications with customers and prospects with a series of blogs and a new corporate brochure.
We are also happy to have collaborated with partners behind the scenes, supporting clients in brand communications. These clients include the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore (ISCA), which marked its 60th year with a regal annual report issued to its stakeholders and the Singapore Cancer Society (SCS).
As experienced communications professionals, we get called in by clients to help them manage major issues or concerns with crisis communications services. We always feel that companies need to start early planning on how they should respond to crises with an effective communications plan. So, we put a guide, 10 Steps to An Effective Crisis Communication Plan, on our blog for businesses to download for free and start building their plan.
In the throes of Q3 2023, Vermilion Pinstripes was enlisted by a non-profit organization (NPO) grappling with a crisis stemming from a highly anticipated collaboration with a prominent event management firm in Australia. Social media platforms became a battleground for the NPO, inundated with a barrage of negative comments from members expressing frustration and, at times, unfounded allegations. Stepping into our role as seasoned communications professionals, we swiftly partnered with the NPO's leadership to orchestrate a strategic response. Our expertise in meticulous fact-finding and a proactive approach allowed us to address concerns transparently and efficiently. Within a mere 48 hours, Vermilion Pinstripes played a pivotal role in restoring trust within the community, exemplifying our commitment to navigating crises with agility and proficiency.
