After the roller coaster years of the pandemic, the world is heading towards the new Year of the Tiger. According to the lunar calendar, this is the year of the Water Tiger which some view as a time for bold actions.
For the team at Vermilion Pinstripes, we believe that a new year presents new opportunities. Let us roar into the new year of Never Normal to make magic happen, create ideas and turn these ideas into reality.
Let us make 2022 the Year of Possibilities!

It’s that time of the year again when we’re all getting ready to welcome in the Lunar New Year - the start of another 12-month cycle in the Chinese zodiac that begins on 12th February with the Year of the Metal Ox.
Like every year, we're giving you our report card and tell you what's in store for Vermilion Pinstripes in the Year of the Metal Ox 2021? Well, we're taking the bull by the horns!
We said good riddance to 2020 and welcomed 2021 with open arms. Remember how March 2020 seemed like it would never end? There was so much we had experienced since then! Yes, 2020 was chaotic. Despite that chaos, we grew!
We want to thank our clients from all over the world for another great year of brilliant modern marketing with lots of creative ideas to sell without selling and helping businesses thrive and be happy!
Let's look back at some of our achievements in 2020.

Fighting COVID-19 with Connection, Creativity and Community. We've got to think differently.
¨COVID-19 ... an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus¨ (Source: World Health Organization) is causing upheavals in the economy across the planet. In an age of globalisation and trade networks that are inextricably interconnected, no one is spared the domino effect of what is happening. Being interconnected has helped to increase wealth and opportunities and it has also made everyone more vulnerable.
COVID-19 is changing the way people work, live and interact with one another. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force says, ¨... everybody in the country, at a minimum, should be following the fundamental guidelines. Elderly, stay out of society in self isolation. Don't go to work if you don't have to .... No bars, no restaurants, no nothing. Only essential services.¨ (Source: Sciencemag.org)
This means that any contact with family and friends, being able to work, getting entertainment and even having access to some essential services are going online.
Digital Transformation is making its presence felt right now.
The catastrophic damage caused by our unprecedented extreme weather can be vividly seen across NSW's landscape and environment, where massive swathes of land have been devastated beyond recognition.
Sweeping bushfires followed by heavy rainfall and flooding have caused widespread destruction to both the environment and communities.
And if that wasn’t enough, the threat of coronavirus infections poses potentially serious problems across our tourism industry and businesses infrastructures as a whole.
Australia has been through a harrowing time with bushfires and drought. It is devastating as we helplessly see fires engulf so much of our natural beauty and treasures. There is barely a respite for everyone before heavy rains descended and people went from fighting fires to coping with floods.
Globally we are fighting another worrying situation - the 2019-nCoV outbreak. People are fearful of travelling and being in crowds. It is an added burden to what we already have to deal with.
