And in Sydney, we proudly launched Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu, home to the largest Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu restaurant in the world and Kokoro Japan’s number one Mazesoba opened in Sydney. The response has been phenomenal, and it has set the stage for a new era of Japanese dining in Australia.
